Heart Balloon is an accessory in The Mad Murderer. The player can hold the heart-shaped pink balloon around maps. The Heart Balloon used to cost 101 credits per round and 8,000 credits to buy permanently. Since the XMAS update, the Heart Balloon can only be bought permanently.
